Ridge Living Australia primarily uses Australia Post or Direct Freight Express for shipping its products. Depending on the location, they may also use Star Track or Couriers Please. It is important to note that the Direct Freight Express and Couriers Please delivery method is strictly an “Authority to Leave” request, which means that if you are not at home at the time of delivery, the driver will leave your parcel in a convenient and safe spot at your location. However, it is solely the customer’s responsibility to collect the order once it has left the courier’s possession. Direct Freight Express or Couriers Please offers physical address delivery only, strictly no PO Box deliveries.

Ridge Living Australia state that they will not be held accountable for any lost, damaged, stolen, or destroyed parcels after they have been delivered. It is recommended that customers keep a close eye on their orders and ensure they are collected in a timely manner. If there are any issues with the delivery process, you should contact Ridge Living Australia as soon as possible.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We strive to provide prompt and reliable delivery services to ensure a positive experience for our customers. We appreciate our customers’ business and aim to provide extra value as a gesture of appreciation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the location within Australia, but typically, Ridge Living Australia aims to deliver products within 1-3 days. However, there may be occasional delays due to unexpected circumstances or high demand periods, which Ridge Living Australia will inform its customers about if they occur.

 

CONSIDERATIONS

Our lead times are specified in business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. If an order is placed after 2 pm, it will be processed on the following business day. Dispatch is based on items leaving Ridge Living Australia’s warehouses in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. If the items are in stock, they will be dispatched on the same day.

However, in rare cases, the stock may run out, and Ridge Living Australia will inform you as soon as possible to resolve the issue in the best way possible.

When an item is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking details for your order. RETURN TO SENDER

I understand that if my order is returned to Ridge Living Australia for any reason, including incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, I will be contacted for additional shipping charges and to provide the correct details to have the order re-shipped. Alternatively, the amount can be refunded instead of the order being re-sent excluding the initial freight charge.

It is important to note that if you placed your order with free freight, the amount credited or refunded will exclude the initial freight cost incurred by Ridge Living Australia unless the fault lies with Ridge Living Australia.
